This July, the streets of downtown Sheridan were alive with excitement, laughter, and community spirit—and Century 21 BHJ was right in the middle of it all!

A Beach Party in the Rain
As the sponsor of the 2025 Sheridan WYO Rodeo Parade, we were thrilled to join in the celebration under this year’s theme: “Stars, Stripes, and Summer Nights.” And let’s just say… we brought the summer vibes—even if the weather didn’t exactly cooperate!
Despite the rain and cold temps, our team didn’t let a little weather dampen our spirits. We dove headfirst into the fun with our “BHJ Watch” float—our playful spin on the iconic Baywatch series. Sporting bright summer attire, sunglasses, lifeguard whistles, and even a few swimsuits, we transformed our float into a beachy paradise. Think beach balls, a volleyball net, and yes, a lifeguard tower keeping an eye on a mini pool—all right there rolling down Main Street. We also can’t forget about the photo shopping of our agents heads onto the original Bay Watch characters, our personal favorite part!

Teamwork and Creativity Behind the Scenes
One of the best parts of the parade isn’t just the day-of excitement, but the opportunity to bring everyone together in the weeks leading up to it. From brainstorming ideas to decorating the float and planning the details, it’s an all-hands-on-deck event. It’s a special time where agents, staff, and families come together, each adding their own touch to the creative process. Whether it’s blowing up beach balls, picking out costumes, or figuring out how to make the lifeguard tower stand tall, it’s this teamwork that makes the experience so memorable.
We marched, danced, slow-motion ran, and waved our way down the parade route, embracing the chill and rain with laughter and energy. And though it was a little soggy, nothing could stop us from celebrating with the community! Our creativity and team spirit earned us 2nd place in the Commercial Section, a win that felt even sweeter considering the conditions.
The Sheridan WYO Rodeo Parade is a highlight of the year for us—not just because of the fun, but because it brings our Sheridan community together in such a unique and joyful way. We’re already dreaming up ideas for next year!
Thank you to everyone who came out to support the parade and the Sheridan WYO Rodeo. And from all of us at Century 21 BHJ, we’ll see you next summer—same time, same place, but with a new theme!
